Terms of service

Effective September 19, 2026.

Who you are agreeing with

SalonBook (getsalonbook.com) is a Northline product. Northline makes booking, feedback and studio software for small businesses: SalonBook, ClinicFlow, ReviewLift and MuscleMap Studio. Northline is run by a sole proprietor based in Istanbul, Türkiye. By opening an account you agree to these terms.

What you get

A hosted account for the product you subscribed to, its public pages under your own business name, and the updates we ship while your subscription is active. What each product does is listed on its own pages; nothing is promised here that is not shown there.

Trial, price and billing

  • New customers start with a 7-day free trial. A card is taken at checkout and nothing is charged if you cancel before the trial ends.
  • After the trial it bills monthly in USD, automatically, until you cancel. There is no annual plan and no minimum term.
  • The trial is for new customers. If you have had a trial with the same product before, billing starts on day one instead.
  • Polar is our merchant of record: it takes the payment, issues the invoice and handles any tax. We never see or store your card number.
  • Prices exclude tax unless the checkout says otherwise. We will tell you before a price changes.

Cancelling and refunds

You can cancel at any time from your own desk. Cancelling stops the next charge; the account stays open until the end of the period you already paid for. We do not refund part-months, but if something on our side was broken, write to us and we will make it right.

When a subscription ends, the data you built in the app is deleted — bookings, clients, messages, plans, feedback and credits. Export anything you want to keep before you cancel. We keep your login so you can come back, and we keep the list of people who asked not to be contacted again so they stay opted out.

Deposits and payments from your customers

If you switch on deposits, you connect your own Stripe account. That money goes straight to you — Northline never holds your customers' money and takes no cut of it. Stripe's own fees and terms apply. Refunds, chargebacks and disputes with your customers are between you, them and Stripe.

Your account and your customers' data

Keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your login. You decide what you record about the people you serve, and you are responsible for having the right to record it and for telling them how it is used. We store and process it on your behalf — see the privacy policy.

If you use reminder calls, only call people who agreed to be called. Consent is recorded when they book, and anyone can stop the calls.

What you may not do

  • Break the law with it, or use it to harass, deceive or spam people.
  • Upload someone else's content or brand without the right to use it.
  • Resell or sublicense the software except under a written white-label agreement with us.
  • Try to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service, or work around its limits.
  • Use it where the law needs something we do not offer — we are not a medical records system and we do not sign HIPAA business associate agreements today.

Uptime and support

We work to keep the service up and we fix what breaks, but we do not promise a guaranteed uptime percentage and there is no SLA. Support is by email, answered on business days.

Suspension

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, does not pay, or puts the service or other customers at risk. Where we reasonably can, we will warn you first and give you a chance to fix it.

Liability

The service is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, Northline is not liable for lost profits, lost bookings or lost data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before it arose. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes, law and contact

If these terms change we update the date at the top, and we will tell you by email before a change that materially affects you. These terms are governed by the law of Türkiye, and the courts of Istanbul have jurisdiction — this does not take away consumer rights you have where you live. Questions: support@getsalonbook.com.
